The Phoenix Works“Evee Beta” Trial Terms and Conditions
  1. Last updated: 21 June 20212.
  2. The following terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern the “EVEE Early Bird” trial for electric vehicle charge-station subscription (the “Trial”).
  3. It is important that you read and understand these terms and conditions before you order and start using your electric vehicle charge-station.
  4. These terms and conditions and any additional terms set out in your customer contract and any service change receipt form your agreement with Phoenix Renewables Limited (Company Number 7477370) trading as The PhoenixWorks and trading as EVEE whose registered address is: Griffin House, 161 Hammersmith Road, London, United Kingdom, W6 8BS (“us”, “we” or “our”) and Liberty Global Plc(Company Number 08379990), whose registered address is Griffin House, 161 Hammersmith Road, London, United Kingdom, W6 8BS (“Liberty Global”).
  5. This Trial is part of a limited initiative and is only available to approximately 100 new customers. This offer may not be used in conjunction with any other offer unless stated by us otherwise.
  6. We are not obliged to accept your order and we may, at our discretion, decline to accept any order.  The agreement will only be formed when we send you confirmation that your order has been accepted.  If your order has been accepted we shall email and/or SMS you with details of arrangements for installation.
Communications
All communications from us in relation to the Trial will be sent to you via email or SMS.  If this is not suitable for your needs, please do not progress with your order.
Agreement
Payment of your direct debit authorization constitutes entering into an agreement to be bound by these Terms. Prior to the direct debit authorization, you will have received a quote for your installation from our sales team following your pre-installation assessment (the “Assessment”).
Equipment
The Trial includes all equipment necessary to charge your electric vehicle, excluding the supply of energy (the “Equipment”). This includes:

When a charger is down for more than 24 hours, customers can reclaim £1 for each full day it is down by contacting the supplier (evee x The Phoenix Works). Zero upfront cost applies only for standard installation. For non-standard installation (i.e. extra cabling required), additional costs will apply. Offer currently doesn’t include home energy - this will need to be supplied by the customer’s own energy provider.
